4. Copy of shareholders registration
5. Copy of directors registration
6. Identification documents of directors, authorized representatives, individuals who manage or lead the company, and all ultimate beneficiaries who account for up to 25% (passport only)
7. Company structure (organization chart showing all ultimate beneficiaries)
8. Screenshot of company registration information that can be queried on the government website (the date of the inquiry needs to be included)
